The Guide is Malarius.
Malarius has been working with people for more than ten years in Romania as an entertainer, trainer or workshop leader. His way of working is led by passion and love. He has done many types of self-development workshops, with adults, teenagers or children.
At this moment, Malarius is on a tour through Europe. For this tour, Malarius chose Blind dancing, I and I Therapy. The meaning of this tour is to share his energy and his knowledge with people from everywhere.
What's the plan?✨
I and I experience has three steps:
1. Socializing like we know each other
2. Warm-up is based on Yoga Exercises to activate your Chakras and connect with your inner-self in the Present Moment
3. Set the intention for the dancing, cover our eyes and dance like we are alone in our room.
What is Blind dancing?🙈
Blind dancing is a form of therapy to reconnect ourselves with our body, mind and soul. To face our fears, our joy, our insecurities, our determination, our thoughts and dance with them for healing.
Dancing is one of the oldest forms of expression, but now, it is not about impressing others with our moves. It is about discovering and exploring our inner world. Dance like nobody is watching. Our eyes are covered anyway.
What is I and I concept?🫂
We all share the same energy in different shapes, like happiness, sadness, anger, sorrow, fear, joy, gratitude, excitement, blessing. We are the same energy, the same soul, but born in different places, different days, months, years... We have different experiences, but we share the same planet, the same sun and moon, the same energy. I am you, so you are I, we are I and I.
What do you have to bring for the dance?🧦
Comfortable clothes and to be more familiar with the process, bring yourself something to cover your eyes with, during the dance. It can be a scarf, a sleep mask or just a textile material.
Blind dancing is without shoes, barefoot or only with socks.

It is a safe space, so we respect and support each other in our process. Rude compartment or bullying are not welcomed.
